The Bush / Quail Incident
I enjoy good political satire and cartoons as well, if not better than the next guy. And it comes in the form of a game, all the much better!
Sometimes it's not so much the event that is scandalous, but the arrogant media frenzy.

Movie Review: Mr. Blandings!
Before long, you'll realize that I'm not a huge movie buff (can't help it... I have the attention span of a gnat when it comes to movies)...
And this review of 'Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House' is just a teensy bit less current than my last theatre visit. After all... it was released in 1948, well over a decade before I was born! It's a great one, though... I promise!

Don't Punish the 6 Year Old
The withdrawal of a parent's love is utterly devastating to a child. This sort of misunderstood abandonment is sure to yield lifelong detrimental consequence.
I'm grateful that this 6 year old's parental bond won't be broken by society's prejudices.
Now, that's progress!

Rant:Reach Out and Touch John Kerry
So many times, we feel powerless to voice our concerns... and we feel politicans, like John Kerry, are unreachable.
Even if it's 2:00am and the bars are closed... you have options!

Rant: The Tale of Two Cyclists
I was born Virgo, on the cusp of Libra. And I have a tendancy to analyze events and see through the indescrepancies.
Such is the case in The Tale of Two Cycling Candidates.

Rant: Martha, Martha, Martha...
As everyone knows by now, Martha Stewart, convicted of conspiracy and obstruction of justice charges, was sentenced on Friday to five months in a minimum security prison, and five months house arrest (pending appeal).
Check out my rant, and my very mixed emotions about the entire ordeal, from the charges to the conviction to the sentencing!

Rant: Human Rights and Gay Marriage
Human rights were granted a small reprieve today as the constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage failed to advance in the Senate today, in part, because six Republican Senators joined forces with 43 Democrats and Independents.
Curious what I have to say about the events? Check it out!
